At the Latitude 40 Flats, a wide range of amenities will enhance your lifestyle while you're living with us in our luxury suites.  Our resort-style pool area will contain a pool house with bathrooms, gas grills and an outdoor fire place to enjoy those warm summer nights.

Exercise areas, amenity rooms, a walking path, and a dog wash station will also be located around the property for the enjoyment of our residents.

For your safety and security, our building is outfitted with electronic managed access on all exterior and interior doors.  Our key fob/card system allows us to manage who is accessing the building and pool areas at all times.
